- NOTE : WE ARE NOT YET ACCEPTING RENEWALS OR NEW MEMBERSHIPS FOR 2027. THIS WILL START ON 1 DECEMBER.
- For this year all 2026 renewals will have to click on the NEW MEMBER option ONLY ON THE FIRST SCREEN so that you can be set up with a userid and password.
- In the payment section select the correct fee for your status in the club (life member, membership or new member)
- You will get an email after registration and payment asking you to set up your userid - please do this
- We accept credit card and bank transfer for payment. Please note that your payment status will be "pending" if using bank transfer until the treasurer sees the money in the club account.
- Make sure you use the invoice number as reference if doing bank transfer. It takes a day or two for the treasurer to reconcile payments if using bank transfer - your membership will only come up as paid once this is done
- There will be a member only part of the website so remember your allocated userid and password.
- Your membership card can be accessed through the account section of the website
